Bouncy to the touch, gossamer light, hybrid cream/powder formula. Translucent base allows light to illuminate the suspended pearlescent shimmers and microfine glitters to leave a brilliant, hyperlustrous look, with a barely there feel on skin.
Creates the high shine, glistening effect of an all over gloss - without the tackiness! Use alone or layer over your favourite eye shadow for an amped up sheen or all over. Dry to the touch, non-tacky formula won't smudge. Longwearing; transfer resistant.
