With our installation & recycle service, we will provide positioning of the product in the room of your choice and removal of packaging, disconnection of your old appliance and connection of the new one with a basic test of the machine. If we are disconnecting a fridge or freezer, make sure its been defrosted, is free from any water and has been completely emptied (this also includes Washing Machines & Dishwashers). We will then take your old appliance away and dispose of it in a safe and responsible way.

All installation, connection, removal and recycling services are subject to a site-specific risk assessment carried out by our Home Delivery Technicians. Services will only be completed where it is safe, practical and compliant with Health & Safety requirements.

What You Need to Do:

• Ensure clear access.

• Drain your existing appliance.

• Provide power, water and waste connections within one metre.

• Confirm appliance dimensions.

• Ensure vented dryers have an existing external vent.

• Provide suitable drainage arrangements for condenser dryers where required.

What's Not Included: 

• Plumbing repairs or replacement isolation valves.

• Electrical, plumbing or carpentry alterations.

• Hardwiring of appliances.

• Installations where access is unsafe or restricted.
