Meet Sharon

60 and feels her most confident.

We adore Sharon’s calming but powerful confidence, it’s infectious. When she said to us that she feels the most comfortable in her skin now, we could really see this on set.

Having recently survived breast cancer, as well as learning to swim at 58 (overcoming one of her biggest fears), just shows how much determination and vigour for life she has.

Thinking about letting your hair go grey? Well, Sharon said it’s the most liberating thing she’s ever done.

Meet Jenny

64 and delighted.

With a PhD in Paediatric Gastroenterology, Jenny knows life takes guts. Admitting to us that she let her own brilliance be dimmed, it was inspiring to see her shine on set (even though apparently she hates having her photograph taken)… could have fooled us.

She lives by her brand ‘Jenergy’ and is comfortable in her own style, but is always up for trying something new, hence applying for this casting. She’s very proud of her three children and three grandchildren, and we love the fact that she celebrated her divorce with a special photoshoot of her and her three boys.

Meet Debs

66 and really, REALLY loves teaching Zumba.

Debs certainly has a great story to tell… where do we start. From being a Royal Airforce officer for 18 years (the first female to do her job!) to finding Zumba as escapism during her breast cancer recovery, we love that she’s found her niche and her community, it’s often in the most unexpected places.

And it just goes to show that even though this casting was way out of her comfort zone, it’s important to challenge yourself. We know she absolutely loved it really, just look at that smile.

Meet Lesley

Now a model at 64.

When you’re in the room with Lesley, there’s a strong sense of authenticity to who she really is, the person she’s become. It’s beautiful.

She’s a theatre artist who loves to be in front of the camera and has a secret desire to be an older International model, longing to promote women who are comfortable in themselves, have had years of life experience and look stylish.

Teaching at RADA and authentic confidence, Lesley surrounds herself with female role models and loves meeting kindred spirits.

Meet Monique

62 and loves new adventures.

Monique always said to herself that she wanted to be her version of a grandmother, one with grey hair, wrinkles and all. We love that. And we love that she found yoga at 50 when she was travelling around India, loving it so much that she then decided to train to become a yoga teacher herself. So watch this space.

Even though she’s done lots of travelling, modelled for a few years in the 1980s and even started her own company, it was the birth of her two children and grandchildren that she’s most proud of. She literally glows when she talks about her family, it’s so sweet.
