“AWL UNLIMITED DELIVERY” gives you 12 months unlimited use of our Standard Delivery, Fastest Delivery, Sunday Delivery and Click & Collect services for £7.99.You will still be charged for any Supplementary Delivery Charges which apply and the charges will be clearly detailed on the product pages and in your shopping basket prior to placing your order. “AWL UNLIMITED DELIVERY” is only available: to UK customers with registered Ambrose Wilson accounts; and for delivery to UK addresses. “AWL UNLIMITED DELIVERY” is only available for purchase online when logged-in to your Ambrose Wilson account. However, once you’ve subscribed, you can use it when shopping online or over the phone. Your purchase of a “AWL UNLIMITED DELIVERY” subscription is subject to acceptance by us. By purchasing “AWL UNLIMITEDDELIVERY” you understand and accept that the benefits will be available from the date of purchase. You may cancel your “AWL UNLIMITED DELIVERY” subscription at any time within 14 days from the date of purchase by contacting us on 0345 071 9018. Ifyou have not placed any orders with us during this 14 day period, we will issue youa full refund of the £7.99 fee. However, if you have (or anyone authorised by you to use your account has) placed any orders during this 14 day period and incurred any delivery charges, the amount of your refund will be reduced or you may not receive any refund at all. All orders placed are subject to our standard terms and conditions of sale. Delivery will be subject to the terms and conditions for Standard Delivery, Fastest Delivery, Sunday Delivery or Click & Collect, depending on which type of delivery you choose. For Click & Collect the £40 minimum order requirement will not apply to “AWL UNLIMITED DELIVERY” subscribers. Have your parcel delivered to one of 5000 myHermes ParcelShops in the UK, they're open typically 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week, so you can visit when convenient to you. You'll be notified of your parcel's arrival by a text message and email. You'll also receive a unique PIN code to confirm your identity. Please bring this PIN with some photographic ID (such as a passport or driving licence) when you call to collect your parcel. An easy & convenient service that's safe and secure at no extra cost! They also process returns. *Free delivery to ParcelShop may be available on orders £40 or over, subject to status and excludes certain products such as large items. Sometimes, our larger, more expensive items may incur an extra delivery charge. These items will be clearly marked with the supplementary delivery charge. This supplementary charge is to help us cover the cost of us having to get more handy men to deliver your parcel to you. We try to keep the cost as low as possible.

  • Arrange a collection via our website – log in and click on ‘my account’ then ‘arrange a return’ and follow the instructions
  • Telephone our Enquiry Line and follow the simple steps.
  • Call the courier directly if their number was left with your parcel

Tape the Royal Mail returns label securely on your parcel and return to your nearest Post Office.

If you need to return any of the items bought through special promotions (e.g 3 for 2, buy 1 get 1 free etc) you must include all the items bought within that deal.

Return Receipts +Don't forget your receipt!

However you return your item, please remember to obtain and keep a receipt. You will need to quote the unique reference code on your receipt if you have a query about your return. Please keep your receipt until you have received a credit for your return.
